1. General Booking Policy
By securing an appointment through this application, you agree to the terms outlined below.It is your responsibility to review these terms before confirming a booking.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A booking deposit of RM 0.00 per person is required to secure your appointment slot.
- All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is payable at the barbershop upon service completion.
- Transaction fee of RM 0.00 is also required.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Failure to attend your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
5. Service Rights
Independent Barbershop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or appearing under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited.
